Weaponizing US Migration and its Financial Backers

We highly suggest you watch the video, which highlights information on Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ open-border policies that have given power to Mexican drug cartels and the weaponized migration taking place. These policies allow the cartels to control the Southwest border and smuggle individuals and substances into the US. This hearing was part of an investigation into Mayorkas’ actions that have endangered national security and American safety.

In the video, He discusses the cartels at the border and inside the USA operating with disregard for law enforcement and other detrimental consequences to our great nation, such as the MS-13 gang coming into the country.

The current administration’s policies seem to be utilizing migration as a means of attacking the United States. It is evident how incredibly harmful these policies are to our country. Many are even accusing the government of committing treason, yet they have not taken any steps towards impeaching the traitor in office. Some believe these policies are part of the destabilization of the USA, which can lead to the fall of our nation.

A FRACTURED NATION

We sit in a fractured nation where you could practically taste the bitterness in the wind. The mistrust has seeped into the very soil of our homeland. Many fear an unknown future, a vision marked by shadows of infuriation.

The horde of illegal aliens swarms like a plague, their foreign voices echoing through the streets. As they flood into our country in droves, they bring a wave of change threatening to drown out the fabric of our nation. The once-familiar faces of our people will be disappearing, replaced by strangers who have no right to be here. Our country is slipping away beneath our feet. Is it too late? Can we not stop it?

The Southwest border is wide open. The evidence is clear: more than 5.5 million encounters; more than 1.5 million known gotaways since 2021; nearly 380,000 encounters of unaccompanied minors; and a record number of fentanyl poisonings in the United States, largely driven by drugs flooding across the Southwest border.

This crisis directly results from DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ dereliction of duty.  The hearing and subsequent hearings will examine the costs and consequences of this dereliction.  The video explains the details; please watch it.

WHO BENEFITS?

A partial list:

  • First and foremost, the nefarious establishment that has the borders open will be the ones who benefit the most, while you will lose the country as you know it. All of this is being done for ‘the vote.’ This illegal invasion will change the vote forever in this country.
  • Migrant workers sent home almost $800 billion in 2022.
  • In 2018, the cartels made 500 million dollars in human trafficking. Today, it is estimated the cartels are making 13 Billion dollars.
  • The terrorists who want to do us harm are benefiting. With open borders and turmoil in the Middle East, we are not sure how many terrorists have entered.
  • The Chinese are sending unknown numbers of people, primarily military-age men, to the United States, including some who want to do us harm or some who will spy on us.
  • The Democratic Party – with the upcoming census, will have the numerical advantage to alter election demographics. In numerous documentaries, migrant individuals express their support for Biden and criticize Trump, making it clear that they will cast their vote for Biden. This entire campaign of illegal aliens will change the vote forever in this country.
  • The U.N. Agenda 2030 and the sustainable development goals. They plan to use migration as a pathway to their SDGs.

SUMMARY:

We have provided you with extensive information and numerous links to documents requiring careful examination.

In short, the primary financiers of the invasion of the United States include the United States itself, the United Nations and its various agencies, including the International Organization for Migration (IOM), The World Economic Forum, HIAS, PADF, Catholic Charities, multiple religious organizations, and the Red Cross.

Out of all these contributors, the most significant one is the United States. While there are countless other funders, we will primarily discuss a few key players. You can review all the documents in the links for further details. The United States Funds many of the organizations listed.

China is the second-largest contributor to the UN.

FUNDING AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS JOURNEY

These so-called ‘humanitarian’ groups are facilitators of illegal entry into our country and are fueling the fire of the invasion. Yes, maybe they do well worldwide in other areas, but they should not be promoting the destruction of the United States by supporting the invasion.

Instead of aiding these groups, they should use their resources to prevent them from embarking on this perilous journey to the United States that leaves them susceptible to violence, illness, rape, kidnapping and death. These organizations should focus on deterring the migration they claim to advocate for. By facilitating the actions of criminal cartels and promoting this deadly trek to the United States, they are endangering countless lives while funding the cartels, whose organizations are growing at a rapid pace. These groups claim to be humanitarian but have contributed to the humanitarian crisis.

The lack of control at the open border has led to catastrophic consequences. It is a severe crisis that needs urgent attention. In just two and a half years, more than six million illegal aliens have entered the United States. This number does not include those who have managed to avoid detection and are not accounted for in official counts. They may report numbers, but no one knows the gotaway numbers—they can only be estimated.

The crisis has been amplified by the involvement of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in aiding the processing and transportation of a massive amount of undocumented immigrants into the United States.

By 2024, it is estimated that over ten percent of the population will consist of illegal immigrants. President Biden’s decision to not enforce border laws has resulted in various challenges, such as drug and human trafficking, child abuse, sexual exploitation, labor crimes, environmental violations, gang violence, welfare fraud, national security threats, money laundering, homelessness and impoverished conditions on the streets of American cities and towns. These actions also undermine the importance of law and order in our society.

BORDER INVASION

Thousands of illegal aliens are being released into the US through Mayorkas’s parole programs and CBP One policy. Although unlawful, over 170,000 individuals have used this app to schedule appointments since January alone. (The video above is dated July 2023.) These policies have led to the humanitarian crises at the border, with cartels profiting from smuggling and abuse of migrants. This document will explain—Mayorkasis’s actions.

As we look at who is funding the invasion, remember that Mayorkis was a board member of HIAS before becoming Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. HIAS is a significant player in the situation.

Biden reversed Trump’s policies, which created this nightmare—this week, he blamed former President Trump for the invasion, which sadly is laughable.

FUNDING MIGRATION

uncle sam handing money to migrants

The United Nations has multiple agencies that allocate funds for migration. Since its inception, the United States has been the most significant contributor to the U.N. organizations. Together with its partners, the U.N. plans to distribute hundreds of millions of dollars to support illegal entry. Many of the websites belonging to these U.N. organizations promote the World Economic Forum’s Sustainable Development Goals, which align with the promotion of mass migration.

W.E.F BACKGROUND

The WEF  website says the USA will no longer be a superpower. The headline reads, “America’s Dominance is Over.”

The United Nations has a pact with the WEF. In 2009, Swabb announced his Global Redesign Initiative. It says there needs to be ‘a systemic redesign of the global banking system, financial regulation and corporate governance.’  You can see a strategic partnership agreement between the WEF and the U.N.

You can read their Global Redesign Initiative here.

This document about the WEF’s Sustainable Development Goals says that migration is one of the defining features of the 21st century and significantly contributes to economic and social development everywhere. It states that migration will be key to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). HERE IS THE IOM GUIDE TO SDGS & MIGRATION.  The World Economic Forum does not have the United States’ best interest in mind.

On a side note, on page 53, it states: The Council proposes to organize a global movement, starting in a handful of nations, to use the Media and Entertainment industry as a means to redesign how citizens of the world think and act. This is just an example of the brainwashing weapon they use called the mainstream.

WHO IS FUNDING THE INVASION?

The United States funds many organizations involved in the mass invasion of the U.S.  The USA is essentially funding its own invasion.

OCHA –  ORGANIZATION FOR THE COORDINATION OF HUMANITARIAN AFFAIRS

A U.N. Organization

They fund The Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF), which funds the Darian Gap Camps in Panama and camps in Honduras and Haiti. The Darian Gap is the most treacherous part of the migration trail to the U.S. These camps aid the migrants on the dangerous route to enter the United States. In the Darian Gap Camp, the migrants receive maps showing the route to the USA, food, tents, and medical care; many have reported receiving cash assistance or gift and debit cards.

These so-called humanitarian organizations don’t discourage people from taking the most dangerous route in the world, even though it could result in severe injury, rape or death. Instead, they provide assistance to help them reach the United States. They give them the morning-after pills in case they are raped, which many of them are, and counseling after the horrifying journey and other support.

PADF – PANAMERICAN DEVELOPMENT FUND

Their website shows them down in the Darien Gap and other locations assisting in the migration.

PADF helps displaced individuals in Latin America and the Caribbean through various programs such as humanitarian aid, shelter, healthcare, education, and legal support. They collaborate with local organizations and governments to improve resource access for those migrating.

The USA  helps fund PADF. Corporate sponsors of PADF are Boeing, Chevron, BMW, Coca-Cola, Gilead, Royal Caribean Group, Citgo, Pepsic Foundation, and Oracle Academy.

UNITED NATIONS NETWORK ON MIGRATION SECRETARIAT¹

United Nations Network on Migration’s (Network) New York plan for 2022 – 2024 will guide their continued support towards implementing the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly, and Regular Migration (GCM). ²

The website states, “To this end, I am grateful to all Member States – Champions, contributors to the Migration Multi-Partner Trust Fund, and those who contributed to the IMRF’s success – for their commitment to implementing the GCM’s objectives.” The GCM, or Global Compact for Migration, is a U.N. agreement established through negotiations between multiple governments. Its purpose is to establish a collaborative approach to managing international migration.

IOM – INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR MIGRATION

Their logo on the welcome sign at the camp at the Darien Gap says OIM ONU MIGRACION.

The International Organization for Migration is leading this charge. It is responsible for aiding the camp in Darien with over half a million migrants in their perilous journey toward America. Only time will tell how many will go through in this high-stakes game of life and death at the Darien Gap as Joe Biden keeps the borders open.

Here is their page on Darien with photos in Spanish.

When they leave the Gap, most migrants pass through the communities of Bajo Chiquito or Canaan Membrillo before making their way on foot or in community boats along the murky waters of the Chucunaque River. The probability of suffering physical and psychological violence is very high throughout the entire trip.

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) works with the government in coordination with other agencies to assist people in transit and host communities.

They state this: IOM is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits migrants and society. Page two of the Migration in the 2030 Agenda

The migrants will even be supplied maps at the camps and directions to the USA.   Michael Yon is exposing and documenting the invasion of the United States. He often speaks of the maps given at the Darien.

RMRP

To support 2.93 million people targeted to receive assistance, the 2024 RMRP update brings together an Unprecedented 248 appealing partners, which require 1.59 billion USD to carry out over 14,000 activities with refugees and migrants and host communities in 17 countries.

HAIS

They are a refugee protection organization. HIAS actively works in camps to assist the migration. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was formerly on the board before obtaining his current position.

UPDATE:  Today, the HIAS website expressed deep disappointment over his impeachment, but for those of us with years of experience in investigation and the ability to think critically, we were overjoyed! It is a step in the right direction.

HIAS workers are at the Darian Gap, supporting the illegal aliens to get to the U.S. HIAS RECEIVES GRANTS FROM THE U.S. GOVERNMENT.

Michael Yon, has many videos and images of the workers in their blue vests assisting that illegal invasion in multiple camps along the route from South America to North America.

WORKING IN THE DARIEN CAMPS

As you browse endless videos and photographs online, you will undoubtedly come across dozens of images featuring the trademark catholic charity logos amidst the crowded and chaotic migration camps. These charitable organizations are supporting the illegal invasion of the USA and helping those who are headed to enter the USA illegally. There is a difference between what used to be legal refugees relocating to the USA, which we support, and the illegal invasion of millions of refugees by design.

SUBJECT: Tracking Movement of Illegal Aliens from NGOs to Interior of USA

In this report tracking migrants through geofencing, they looked into Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley in San Juan, Texas. Nearly 3,400 unique mobile devices were identified as being on-premises. These devices were later tracked to 433 congressional districts.

You will find many videos online and pictures with catholic charity logos in the migration camps. They are a major contributor to the illegal invasion. Catholic Charities is often a first stop.

IFRC –  THE INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF RED CROSS AND RED CRESCENT SOCIETIES

The IFRC is the world’s largest humanitarian network, comprising 191 National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

Their website says: IFRC ramps up humanitarian assistance as a record number of migrants cross the perilous Darién Gap. Again, they don’t stop the women and children, or anyone for that matter, from taking a journey they may not make to the other side. They assist in the invasion of the USA.

UNDP – UNITED NATIONS DEVELOPMENT PLAN

UNDP works in about 170 countries and territories, helping to eradicate poverty, reduce inequalities and exclusion, and build resilience so countries can sustain progress. As the UN’s development agency, UNDP is critical in helping countries achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. Adequate and quality funding is essential for the UN development system to work as one and effectively support the 2030 Agenda.

FROM A WEBPAGE ARCHIVES

Together with UNHCR and IOM, UNDP addresses the plight of migrants, refugees, internally displaced people and their host communities through:

  • Supporting national and local governments to mainstream migration into development plans, including localized SDGs;
  • Addressing root causes/drivers of migration and displacement;
  • Advocating for and strengthening humanitarian and development nexus in addressing protracted displacement,
  • Investing in resilience-based development ensures migrants, refugees, IDPs, and host communities cope, recover, and sustain development gains in crisis and post-crisis situations.

OHCHR

OHCHR works to promote, protect and fulfill the human rights of all migrants, regardless of their status, with a particular focus on migrants in vulnerable situations and at most risk of human rights violations. OHCHR promotes a human rights-based approach to migration, which places the migrant at the center of migration policies and governance and seeks to ensure that migrants are included in all relevant national action plans and strategies, such as plans on the provision of public housing or national strategies to combat racism and xenophobia.

ILO – INTERNATIONAL LABOUR ORGANIZATION

They tell us on their website: Migrant workers contribute to growth and development in their countries of destination, while countries of origin greatly benefit from their remittances and the skills acquired during their migration experience. Yet, the migration process implies complex challenges in terms of governance, migrant workers’ protection, migration and development linkages, and international cooperation. The ILO works to forge policies to maximize the benefits of labour migration for all those involved. ILO brings together governments, employers and workers of 187 Member States.

NEW YORK DECLARATION FOR REFUGEE AND MIGRANTS

The United Nations General Assembly adopted the New York Declaration for Refugees and Migrants on September 19, 2016, with unanimous support. This declaration serves to reaffirm the significance of the international refugee system and outlines various promises made by Member States to improve and reinforce measures to safeguard migrating individuals. As a result, two new global agreements were established in 2018: one for refugees and another for safe, organized, and lawful migration.

In adopting the New York Declaration, Member States:

  • Expressed profound solidarity with those who are forced to flee;
  • reaffirmed their obligations to fully respect the human rights of refugees and migrants;
  • agreed that protecting refugees and supporting the countries that shelter them are shared international responsibilities and must be borne more equitably and predictably;
  • pledged robust support to those countries affected by large movements of refugees and migrants;
  • agreed upon the core elements of a Comprehensive Refugee Response Framework; and
  • agreed to work towards the adoption of a global compact on refugees and a global compact for safe, orderly and regular migration.

CONTRIBUTORS – USA GOVERNMENT – Since 2019

USA CONTRIBUTION MAP³ – The United States of America is a key partner of UN inter-agency pooled funds administered by the MPTF Office. United States of America has contributed $232,866,508 to 22 pooled funds.

Pooled Financing Services for the SDGs – The UN’s approach to financing the Sustainable Development Goals is inter-agency pooled funding. It is part of the goals for the 2030 Agenda,

The Global Compact for Migration (GCM) emphasizes the importance of implementation in its second phase, focusing on providing support to country and regional networks and engaging Member States. They discuss the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals – which talks about strengthening the means of implementation and revitalizing the global partnership for sustainable development.

“facilitate orderly, safe, regular and responsible migration and mobility of people, including through the implementation of planned and well-managed migration policies.”

MORE DETAILS ON THE IOM

IOM works in the four broad areas of migration management:

  • Migration and development
  • Facilitating migration
  • Regulating migration
  • Forced migration

Relevance to IOM’s Emergency Operations

Their website states: “Cash-based interventions have long been an integral part of IOM operations. The arrival of new technologies, including electronic and mobile money delivery mechanisms; the renewed focus and recent body of evidence emphasizing on the choice of crisis-affected people and on the flexibility, reach and scalability of the delivery mechanisms; and the positive effect on market recovery have led to a renewed focus on cash and vouchers as modalities for delivering humanitarian assistance to people affected by crises.”

They state CBI can be used for several purposes and to deliver different programmatic objectives. Potential types (based on the purpose and use) of CBI include, but are not limited to, the following: List several things, including Camp Coordination and Camp Management.

On their MIGRATION MANAGEMENT webpage, they state: The (IOM) works on the development of policy guidance for the field. Geneva – The International Organization for Migration (IOM) today launched its first-ever Global Annual Appeal for 2024, calling for USD 7.9 billion to support its operations and help create a system that realizes migration’s promise as a force for good throughout the world.

Enabling Migration Pathways:
From Evidence to Practice The Migration Governance Indicators (MGI) programme – IOM’s flagship policy initiative – helps governments to identify good practices and gaps in their migration governance systems. By doing so, MGI aims to spark positive policy changes to harness
the full potential of migration and pave the way to elaborate, expand and enhance regular pathways for migration.

The IOM Global Appeal 2024

From the Document:

A lot more of the WEF language and asking for a lot of money to assist in migration assistance. Well-managed migration that is safe, orderly and regular can be both a development strategy and a development outcome. We must maximize the potential for migration to achieve sustainable development outcomes for migrants and society alike. However, these benefits are not guaranteed, and the potential to harness the power of migration for sustainable development remains largely untapped.

(Migration for sustainable development?)

Governments worldwide use the MGI to adapt to the challenges and opportunities stemming from tomorrow’s migration.

We wonder if they are involved with the Governments along the route from South America through Mexico into the United States. The governments are assisting in the mass migration to the USA. That will be a whole new investigation.
